Shipping policy

Free shipping to all 50 states

New Pioneer Jewelry offers free standard shipping on all orders sent to customers in all 50 U.S. states, with no minimum purchase. Shipping for replacements and exchange items we send to customers is also free. We currently ship within the United States only. Free shipping does not remove applicable product taxes.

Dispatch and delivery

Outgoing mail is collected once daily at noon Mountain Standard Time (MST). Orders ship the same day or the following day, depending on when they are received relative to that collection. Postal closures or service interruptions may affect dispatch; we will contact you if a delay affects your order.

Dispatch time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and obtain consent to a delay or provide cancellation and a refund as required by applicable law.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact hello@newpioneerjewelry.com promptly if it needs correction. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

If a package is delayed, missing, marked delivered but not received, or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier and determine an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law. A delivery scan alone does not remove rights you may have.

Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping as described in our Return & Refund Policy. We cover return shipping needed to resolve an incorrect item or a defect for which we are responsible.
