Operator and scope

This website is operated by Mika Products, trading as New Pioneer Jewelry (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms govern use of the website and purchases from our store, subject to applicable law. Our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy also apply to purchases. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Using the store

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or act with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate order and contact details and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, or interference with store operations.

Jewelry descriptions and origin claims

Please review each listing for dimensions, sizing, materials, condition, stone characteristics, and any disclosed treatments. Where a product is described as Native American-made or attributed to a particular artist or tribe, that description must be supported by reliable information for that specific item. A Native American-made description does not itself establish that our business is Native-owned or affiliated with a tribe.

Artist, tribal affiliation, mine origin, age, metal purity, and stone-treatment claims apply only where expressly stated and supported. We do not make a blanket guarantee that all turquoise is untreated, from a particular mine, or identical in appearance. Photography and screen settings may affect apparent color. Disclosed natural or handcrafted variation does not excuse an inaccurate description or defective item. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification.

Prices, payment, and orders

Prices and available payment methods are displayed in the store. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are disclosed before payment. Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order. If an item is unavailable, an apparent error requires clarification, or a suspected fraudulent transaction requires review, we may contact you or cancel the affected order where permitted by law. Payments for canceled items will be refunded as required.

We will not substitute a different item or charge a higher price without your agreement. Product and price changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

See our Shipping Policy for delivery information. Our Return & Refund Policy requires eligible returns to be mailed within 7 calendar days after delivery; carrier transit time back to us does not count against that deadline. Those policies provide the full terms for returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations. They do not limit rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods under applicable law.

Content and third-party services

Website content is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Personal shopping use is permitted; other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law. Third-party services may have separate terms. Their involvement does not remove obligations we owe you.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, applicable warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No additional lifetime warranty, certification, investment value, or performance guarantee is created by these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. This does not limit our obligations concerning accepted orders, refunds, or other legal rights.

Disputes and changes

Please contact hello@newpioneerjewelry.com so we can attempt to resolve a concern. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date and apply prospectively, except where law requires otherwise. Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
